The Center for Public Justice (CPJ) seeks a program coordinator responsible for all logistical and substantive program operations. This program, split into two tracks, is designed to build the capacities of faith-based organizations to advance their missions. The first track of this program will provide a one-year sequence of organizational development education and capacity building activities for faith-based organizations through written resources, online learning sessions, in-person sessions, and peer-to-peer learning platforms. The second track of this program will equip both faith-based organizations and seminarians by providing intensive training to seminarians and then partnering each seminarian with a faith-based organization to serve as an organizational consultant.
