Development Coordinator

Objective: The primary role of the Development Coordinator is to support the Development Team in donor relations and fundraising efforts.  The Development Coordinator will work closely with the CEO, Development Advisor, Director of Strategic Development, and Directors of Church Engagement to produce reports, track assignments, draft letters, and communicate with donors.

Direct Report: Development Advisor


A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3 years of fundraising experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and PC Operating System
Excellent research and writing skills
Donor database and event coordination experience preferred
Must be detail-oriented and ambitious
