The Training and Development Coordinator coordinates MCCs training and development initiatives, including MCC worker general orientations.
The training coordinator is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, determining appropriate training facilitators and delivering training sessions. This position assesses developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for MCC staff. This position searches for, creatively designs or adapts and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and prepare the organization’s staff for future skill needs. This position is responsible for collaborating with the Regional HR Coordinators and MCC Canada colleagues in establishing/providing training and development initiatives for the whole of MCC.
