Role Overview: The marketing manager manages the day-to-day marketing activities of the organization and long-term marketing strategy for the company. He/she also protects the brand and oversees outputs related to marketing materials.
Manages all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Develops the marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
Coordinates marketing campaigns and oversees marketing calendar.
Develops a robust social media campaign.
Oversees the company’s marketing budget.
Creates and publishes all marketing and external communication pieces.
Leads public relations efforts.
Plans and implements promotional campaigns.
Manages and improves lead generation campaigns, measuring results and reporting to supervisor.
Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
Prepares online and print marketing campaigns.
Oversees website content.
Monitors and reports on effectiveness of marketing communications.
Works closely with design agencies and other vendors/consultants to coordinate projects and manage new campaign launches.
Maintains effective internal communications to ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analyses potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Experience & Qualifications:
Christ follower with strong affinity for international ministry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
Minimum of five years’ experience in similar role.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Confident and dynamic personality.
Strong creative outlook.
Strong social media skills.
Effective written and oral communicator.
Competence in using best-in-class marketing software.
Prefer skills in design.
