Job Description:  The Operations & Systems Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving the operational backbone of PCP. This role ensures that systems, processes, and workflows are aligned, reliable, and scalable, supporting staff effectiveness, member experience, and organizational sustainability. This is a high-trust, cross-functional role that sits at the center of PCP’s operations, technology, administration, and internal coordination. The Operations & Systems Manager works closely with the Executive Director and Vice President to translate vision into execution.
