October 13-15, 2026
OneAccord 2026
OneAccord 2026 will gather leaders from across the Accord Network around a simple but countercultural idea: success in God’s kingdom isn’t measured only by growth charts and “up-and-to-the-right” metrics. This year’s theme, Faithful Through Change, invites us to rediscover faithfulness as the true marker of success in ministry. Together we will encourage one another, share wisdom from the field, and remember that our calling is not first to results, but to obedience.

KIF Spiritual Impact Learning Community Symposium 2026 - Community Flourishing: Measuring What Matters
Monday, October 12th
$149 - includes lunch and dinner
Last year's KIF Learning Community Symposium brought together practitioners, foundation partners and academics to wrestle with the question: what does a Christ-centred articulation of human flourishing actually look like? The conversation was rich, and this year we go further in this afternoon symposium geared towards the application of insights to the planning and measuring of flourishing from a Christian perspective.
Taking community flourishing as its theme, this 2026 Symposium shares the latest insights of the Learning Community, introduces Christ-centred flourishing goals, outcomes, and indicators drawn from the Christian Impact Framework (CIF), and allows organisations to engage with the first release of a set of expert reviewed, open access CIF indicators across community flourishing, leadership flourishing, and gospel witness. We will also offer a first look at an exciting new practitioner resource coming later this year: Measuring What Matters — the first practitioner guidebook on ethical spiritual impact measurement.
This is a working gathering for practitioners and funders ready to move from conversation to commitment.

The focus of this year’s Accord Research Alliance pre-conference intensive, held on Tuesday, October 13, from 9 am – 4 pm ET, is “Measuring Kingdom Impact in Relief, Development, and Advocacy: Definitions, Methods, Tools.” The objectives are for participants to come away with a clear sense of the definition(s) of kingdom impact, the importance of measuring it, and the different ways that it can, and should be, measured. After introductions, the intensive will begin with the presentation of four case studies of measuring kingdom impact by different Accord member organizations. This will be followed by four presentations given by members of different consulting agencies on key methods geared towards measuring kingdom impact. A consolidating keynote will happen next that will summarize the various definitions and approaches to measuring kingdom impact that are in use, why they are important to understand, and why it is important to plan for and intentionally seek kingdom impact, and this will be followed by a panel of representatives from the Christian philanthropic sector tackling how they understand and try to encourage kingdom impact. As usual, this will be a highly interactive intensive, with plenty of time for questions and discussion, and we look forward to seeing you there!

Featured contributors will help us explore these themes from both ministry and research perspectives:
· Plenary Speaker Dan Ole Shani, CEO of Open Doors International, will join us for a conversation on leading faithfully through change, drawing from his experience serving the global church as CEO of Open Doors International.
· Plenary Speaker Mafer Madriz, Director of Partnership Support at Compassion International will share perspectives on spiritual formation, leadership, family and cultivating dependence on God amid complex ministry realities.
·
Josie Gwin, PhD Researcher and CEO & Founder of The Resilience Resource,
